What Is the Paleo Diet?

This diet originated millions of years and it is referred to as "cavemen", "Stone Age" or "hunter gatherer" diet. This diet is known as our ancestors' diet. Thousands of years ago, people were taller, more slender, athletic, healthier and more versatile. This is because the people of the Paleolithic generation have a healthier immune system because, of course, fresh food you eat and the type of work they do in the quest for survival. During this time, people ate fresh meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, and other natural foods. Their food is packed with all natural vitamins and nutrition that their bodies need. They are eating foods that have more calories, less fat, but the energy required for each day. Their diet helps them gain the required weight under control and this contributed to retain its natural strength, endurance and strength of mind.
Today, many people are overweight, high cholesterol, stressed, suffering from depression, sleepiness and dying of diseases that are preventable. Several reasons for these situations depend on the quality and quantity of food eaten daily intake hrane.Imunološki system simply protects against threats of various diseases and how to overcome them will depend on proper nutrition.

1 Fresh fruits: apples, avocados, bananas, blueberries, guava, mango and other seasonal fruits that are high in fiber.
Second Fresh green leafy vegetables
Third Nuts: almonds and hazelnuts
4th Grass fed animals: cows, goats and other livestock
5th Feathered animals: chicken, duck, turkey and
6th Seafood: tuna, salmon, cod, sole and other types of shellfish.
7th Fat: Coconut, olive oil, grape juice and other healthy fats
Here is a list of foods to avoid:
1 Dairy products: milk, cheese, cream, butter, ice cream, and other related products
Second Prepared foods: baked goods, sugar, candies, chocolates and other sweet spices
Third Cereal grains: whole wheat, rice, pasta, crackers, biscuits, white and wild rice.
4th Legumes: black and red kidney beans, lima beans, lentils, peas, soy beans and peanuts
5th Starchy vegetables: potatoes and sweet potatoes
6th Processed foods: canned meat and fish, bacon, hotdogs, dried and smoked fish and meat
7th Carbonated drinks: Cans, bottles, and sweet drinks
People should be aware of changes in our society that affects our nutritional needs. The basic need for food was usually different from agriculture such as agriculture and processed foods were introduced. Dry, nitrogen and other artificial fertilizers affect our domestic products, thus, affects the health of the population. So, people should be aware of the right type of food for a healthy lifestyle.
