3 Raw Food Diet - raw food diet involves eating vegetables in the raw state. Health experts advise against getting more into the raw food diet, because it's healthier. Cooking, as you know, destroys many enzymes in vegetables reduces their nutritional value in the process.

Obviously, dieting means to purify the colon is not recommended for everyone. Pregnant and lactating mothers, especially warn that getting this type of diet. People with health problems (anemic and diabetes, for example) should not go to this diet as well, or to proceed with extreme caution.
