Oh No, I've Broken My Diet Yet Again
Posted on Saturday, March 3, 2012 by Zhan
Gosh we are well into February, but it seems that this was going to race along as fast as the last. Until now, most people around New Year's resolutions begin to decline. We are very enthusiastic on New Years Eve (normally with a little help from some form of alcoholic beverage), and it was found that This year we will lose weight and be healthy. Unfortunately, though, as the festivities wear off and we return to the daily grind, it is often our good intentions just do not seem so important anymore.
Our health should not be an uphill struggle to get pregnant in a year to the next. It is really important to have good balance in all areas of our lives, but if our health is not good then everything else tends to suffer. That is why I am so grateful that I was introduced to "Natural foods" 16 years ago. Now knowingly eat all the time instead of eating out habit , or that "good" one day and "bad" the next. My diet is in balance. I eat good nutritious food most of the time, because it makes me feel good, but also enjoy the odd treat, because I need too. By not depriving yourself of any foods I can ensure you do not overindulge in anything. I listen to my body when I'm hungry I eat, when I had enough to stop.
The most important thing that the "natural foods" has given me a peace about food. If I am hungry I eat when I am not even thinking about tome.Jedini time it comes up when my body tells me that she is hungry. Then I can make good choices about what is right for me at that time. I can eat what I really need to stop and when I pleased. After 20 years of food and weight issues, peace is enormous. Knowing that I never have to worry about it again when it was used as a negative thing in my life is very freeing.
When I think of all the years I wasted the New Year's resolutions, trying every diet known to man, which is preserved at will and finally putting the weight back on again, I am truly grateful for the natural course and I was able to share with others.
So, if your New Year's resolution again came to a sudden stop, I encourage you to accept the "natural foods". Then finally you will be able to control the food itself, rather than food that is controlled, from year to year.
