This diet consists of four phases.
- Phase 1 allows the meat to eat high protein and oats.
- Phase 2 adds the vegetables in the diet by eating the same as in the first phase
- Phase 3 bread, cheese, fruit and carbohydrate is added to the diet along with items from phase one and two.
- Phase 4 is more flexible and you can only eat once a week when we eat, as in the first stage.
