Someone once told me that a vegan diet will become more popular in the future, but I have to disagree, or do all the studies and research showing animal fats and animal proteins are the key to longevity and muscle growth. At the end of the day everyone will live your life the way you choose too, whether through the paleo diet, Zone diet, vegan diet or regular diet. Whatever makes a person happy is all that really matters, but because children have no control over what you eat is wrong. Parents should be educated, regardless of the circumstances, it does not matter if you're vegan or not, the bottom line is that you feed your kids the right nutrients their bodies need for proper brain development and overall growth.
