Especially when you were first diagnosed with the problem, you have to adapt to new food, let your body adjust, learn what you can and can not eat, what pain. Initially, there is a big learning curve,. Trial and error, so it is very important to learn what you can and can not eat, and slowly build a list of foods and snacks that will work for you
Today I just wanted to briefly mention a small snack that is so tasty and very easy to eat. As good as they're not really feel like you are making any compromises! This is a chocolate protein shake with almond milk and natural peanut butter. This is great as a snack, and especially if they work (awesome for helping your muscles grow and recover after the hard work !)
Now, I am not a doctor or dietitian, but I have reactive hypoglycemia, and learned a lot through research and just trying things on their own. I'm just a proposal for your meals and gives you something to consider. Always consult your doctor before trying any new foods or supplements (That was my disclaimer right ?)
So, how do you make this shake? Well, you will need about 1 cup of almond milk, and half a tablespoon of natural peanut butter (This is very important that the natural peanut butter without sugar!), And one scoop of whey protein (be sure to read the label to make sure that very few that there is no sugar in the ingredients) One scoop of whey protein should be about 25 grams of protein .. I suggest getting a high quality whey protein isolate
Next put all these ingredients into your blender and blend daleko.Bademovo milk will this little snack a very creamy consistency. This is one of my favorite snacks and drinks after work. Keep in mind, you can adjust the quantity of ingredients based on your preference. For example, personally, I like a lot of peanut butter!
Again, be sure to consult with your doctor before trying any new foods or if you have any questions about your diet. This is just a big, healthy, tasty snack that I enjoy, and again, if you work out, it's great to drink after work to help your body recover. Good luck!
